The Challenge

Taiping Municipal Council needed a digital channel for citizens to submit complaints and feedback directly to the relevant council department, replacing informal or paper-based processes with a trackable online system.

Our Solution

ME-Tech built the E-Aduan system at eaduan.mptaiping.gov.my using MySQL, PHP, and AJAX. Citizens can submit complaints online which are routed to the appropriate department. Council staff manage all tickets through a back-end dashboard, tracking status and updating complainants on actions taken.

Results

Delivered in three months. The E-Aduan system went live as part of the Taiping Municipal Council's official website, giving citizens a transparent channel to raise issues and giving the council a structured workflow to manage and resolve community complaints.
